The Magnificent Mile Lights Festival® presented by Harris kicks off the holiday season on Saturday, November 21, 2009 at 11 a.m. with a day full of musical performances on the Harris Stage (for a list of confirmed artists visit www.themagnificentmile.com).
The day culminates with a magical lighting procession down North Michigan Avenue led by Mickey Mouse and his friends from Walt Disney World® Resorts in Florida to illuminate one million lights on 200 trees. Family activities abound in participating Magnificent Mile hotel, retail, restaurant, cultural and entertainment attractions during the event and throughout the holiday season.
