Cabaret returns to Millennium Park this winter with the popular series, Cabaret with a View, where audiences have a chance to sit on the enclosed stage of the Jay Pritzker Pavilion to experience music in an intimate setting and a climate controlled environment. Presented by the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, in partnership with the Chicago Office of Tourism and Culture, the series continues Monday, April 9, 2012 at 7:30 PM with an evening of music inspired by possibility, renewal, and the moments in between in McKinley Carter's "Spring Forward/Fall Back".
Jay Pritzker Pavilion’s stage level seats include two complimentary drinks with a $25 ticket purchase. Choral Balcony seats are available for $15 (drinks not included).

McKinley Carter is a Chicago-based actress and singer. She has performed in various theatres from the Goodman to Chicago Shakespeare and was most recently seen in The Sound of Music, Drury Lane Oakbrook, and Putting It Together, Porchlight Music Theatre. Her cabaret career began with her girl group, The Blondes, and branched out to her own solo cabarets, Beg, Borrow, and Steal (After Dark Award for best Cabaret), Ballad Heavy, and Traveling Solo.
Featured Wine and Specialty Drink for this performance will be Lulu B. Wine and a Specialty Cocktail: Basil Martini with Prairie Organic Vodka.
