Ukrainian National Museum

The Ukrainian National Museum of Chicago details the heritage, culture and people of Ukraine.

 

The museum collection features costumes, textiles, musical instruments, Ukranian Traditional Folk wear, and so much more. The museum’s archives hold a unique collection of unpublished documents and photographs related to the history of Ukraine and Chicago’s Ukrainian community.

 

Also housed in the museum in a fully circulating library. Members can borrow books from the unusual collection which contains rare and exceptional volumes on art, ethnology, poetry, sociology, politics, economics, history and religion.
