Book Your Tours

There are three easy ways to book a tour:

• Book online at each individual tour's page (browse tour listings here)
• Call us at 312.742.1190 
• Stop by the Chicago Cultural Center Ticket Office, 78 East Washington Street, 1st floor;
  Hours: Tuesday - Saturday, 12 Noon - 6 pm; Sunday, 12 Noon - 4 pm.

 

Cost of Tours

• Most tours are $35 for adults and $30 for seniors/students/children;
• All Taste tours are $55 for adults; $50 for seniors/students/children;
• STRIKE! Chicago Labor History is $45 for adults; $40 for seniors/students/children;
• Cash and major credit cards are accepted;
• We cannot accept personal checks, and seat bookings/tickets are non-refundable;
• Gift certificates are available.

 

Refund Policy

• Refunds will be given in the form of a tour credit that can be applied to another tour only.
• Credit will be given with a minimum of two weeks notice prior to the day of the tour - no exceptions.

 

Important Things To Know

• All tours depart from the Chicago Cultural Center, 77 East Randolph Street, and are conducted with a guide by motorcoach and by foot;
• Check in at 9:30 am in the main seating area behind the Randolph Cafe (10:30 am for Hops & Barley: Pubs & Microbreweries tour) 
• The five Taste tours and STRIKE! Chicago Labor History include lunch.  All other tours include a snack.
• Discounted parking available at Wabash Randolph Self Park, 20 E. Randolph St.
