OBTAINING MEDIA CREDENTIALS FOR TASTE OF CHICAGO

Media requesting credentials to cover the Taste of Chicago must request in advance of the event.

Deadline to submit is JULY 3, 2012. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Each media outlet can request 1 press and 1 photo credential only.

Submit requests via email or regular mail and included your name, media outlet, contact information for yourself and the assignment editor/producer and which concerts you will be covering.

PLEASE NOTE:
Pending DCASE and ARTIST MANAGEMENT approval, not all requests will be granted.

WEB ZINES and BLOGGERS must provide specific information about your site. Please include size of audience and affiliation if any.
Credentials for web zines and blogs are extremely limited.

FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHERS AND WRITERS:
We will not consider requests from freelance photographers or writers who are not on confirmed assignment. An editor’s letter with contact information on outlet letterhead must be included in your request. No exceptions.

ALL REQUESTS WILL BE RESPONDED TO NO LATER THAN JUNE 11. WE WILL ATTEMPT TO CONTACT MEDIA NEEDING TO MAKE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS AS SOON AS WE CAN.
