Performances for Daley Plaza are Monday - Friday from 12:00pm-1:00pm. To request a performance please complete this application and return it to the Mayor's Office of Special Events.

• Farmers Markets Application

Please answer all applicable questions as completely as possible, attaching additional sheets of paper as necessary. You must submit a complete application and all supporting documents by April 1, 2009. Please include a non-refundable deposit of $100 made out to the City of Chicago.

Every year the Mayor’s Office of Special Events accepts music submissions (bio, tapes, cds, photos, etc.) for consideration for the lakefront festivals.
