The Graphics Department creates and designs graphic marketing pieces that help actively promote the City of Chicago and Special Events. The staff in the department works efficiently with the Executive Director and all other departments in the Special Events Office including Programming and Public Relations. They also work in conjunction with outside vendors such as printers and the banner companies, who help create end products.
The graphics department at MOSE was started in 1989 and has grown from being a one-person department, cutting and pasting to create printed pieces of design, to a full-fledged three-person team, using the latest in graphic computer technology to create multi-colored art and text in print.
The creativity of this department is on view in the multi-colored flyers, brochures, and other collateral pieces such as stage banners, holiday cards, ads and street pole banners throughout the city.
