Chicago Nowruz Parade March 31, 2012 Steps off at Daley Plaza, 50 W. Washington Start Time: 12 Noon	Nowruz, “New Day”, is a traditional ancient festival which celebrates the starts of the Persian New Year. It is the holiest and most joyful festival of the Zoroastrian year and is also its focal point, to which all other high holy days relate.
Polish Constitution Day Parade May 5, 2012 Columbus from Balbo to Monroe Start Time: 11:30 am	The Polish Constitution Day Parade is the largest Polish parade outside of Poland, and celebrates the anniversary of the ratification of the Polish Constitution of May 3, 1791.

Puerto Rican Parade June 16, 2012 Columbus from Balbo to Monroe Start Time: 12 Noon	The annual downtown Puerto Rican Parade brings families together to celebrate Puerto Rican culture. The parade includes a procession of floats, folk dancers, reggaetón music groups and salsa dancers.
Disability Pride Parade July 21, 2012 Clark from Van Buren to Washington Start Time: 11 am	The City of Chicago celebrates the American's with Disability Act (ADA) with the 9th annual Disability Pride Parade.
Mexican Independence Parade September 15, 2012 Columbus from Balbo to Monroe Start Time: 12 Noon	Celebrate Mexican culture at the annual Mexican Independence Parade in downtown Chicago.
Columbus Day Parade October 8, 2012 Columbus from Balbo to Monroe Start Time: 12:30 pm	The Columbus Day Parade celebrates Christopher Columbus historic voyage to America and Italian-American culture.
Magnificent Mile Lights Festival November 17, 2012 Michigan Ave. from Oak St. to the Chicago River Start Time: 6 pm	The Magnificent Mile Lights Festival officially kicks off the Christmas season in Chicago, with numerous fun family activities and the highlight, the Mickey Mouse parade illuminating over one million lights along Michigan Avenue.
