Besides having fantastic decor, it is clear that this is going to be a super easy venue to work with.… Because this place is so beautiful and requires no decoration, I am not even planning on doing centerpieces.
The other great thing about this space that I absolutely loved is the floorplan… The foyer is the perfect location for the ceremony, and we will be doing just that.

Capacity
Maxim’s accommodates up to 136 guests for a formal sit-down dinner or up to 200 for receptions and parties. Rental includes tables and chairs and the use of two pianos. Download the PDF to view rental fees.
Parking
Discounted parking is available ½ block away, at 1258 N. State Parkway, with validation from Maxim's.
Catering
There are numerous excellent caterers of all budget levels that have successfully worked with Maxim’s. Download a list of caterers here. A private caterer may be brought in subject to an approval process. For details, contact Maxim’s management.
Photographers
Maxim’s is pleased to work with some of the finest photographers in the city, and we'd be happy to make recommendations. Of course your own photographer is welcome.

Private Rental Options
