Printers Row
Not far from Grant Park and the lakefront, Printer's Row has become one of Chicago’s fastest-growing neighborhoods. The area was once full of printing shops in historic buildings, which have since been converted to lofts and apartments. New high-rises nearby have attracted young professionals that enjoy living within walking distance of the Loop, museums and major universities. This neighborhood is home to the annual Chicago Tribune Printers Row Book Fair, palate-pleasing restaurants, the Jazz Showcase and other interesting nightspots.
