What is your favorite neighborhood in Chicago?

Even though I live in Lincoln Park, my favorite neighborhood is Old Town. I appreciate the landmark status in the Old Town Triangle and my favorite summer festival is the Old Town Art Fair.

What is your favorite thing about Chicago?
The Lakefront and sports teams.

Where do you like to go for fun?
We enjoy taking our children to the Lincoln Park Zoo, Millennium Park, summer festivals, and Navy Pier.

What is your favorite restaurant?
For a special evening, my favorite restaurant is Nomi. My favorite casual restaurant is Twin Anchors.

Favorite pizza place?
Pequod's Pizza or as the locals call it....The Quod!

Favorite summertime activity?
Going out on a sailboat for a concert at Northerly Island.

Favorite spot for brunch?
John's Place on Webster, they have great buttermilk pancakes.  Make sure to get the full stack!

Favorite Chicago tradition?
The 3rd of July fireworks and the Chicago Marathon

Sox

Where do you like to bring visiting friends or out-of-town guests?
The Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Sears (Willis) Tower, Soldier Field and the Architectural Tour on the Chicago River.

What is your hidden Chicago treasure, a spot or activity that few else know about?
Free lakefront parking with a Lincoln Park Zoo membership.
