Phillip

Playwright and ARTS Program Director for Pegasus players; 27; Chicago resident for 11 years; lives in Lakeview

What is your favorite neighborhood and why?
I love all my neighborhoods equally. But I am rather partial to Lakeview just because it's been my stomping grounds for so long. But every neighborhood here is awesome, full of surprises and delightful hovels.

Favorite place for hot dogs?
Clark Dogs on Clark and Halsted. The corn dogs are extra superb.

Favorite pizza place?
Carmens.

Stuffed crust or thin crust?
Yes, please.

Favorite summertime activity?
Biking; beach volleyball (beach anything, really); walking slowly; drinking smoothies; and playing with other people's dogs.

Where can you find the best view of the Chicago skyline?
From North Avenue Beach.

Where do you like to bring visiting friends or out-of-town guests?
The Neofuturists  in Andersonville. Their TOO MUCH LIGHT MAKES THE BABY GO BLIND is a real treat and gives a perfect taste of true Chicago theater.
