Everest

From its location on the 40th floor of the Chicago Stock Exchange, Everest offers breathtaking views of Chicago on par with the exquisite wine and cuisine offered by Chef Joho, earning Everest international recognition.

The French-inspired menu at Everest changes frequently to reflect the changing seasons and available ingredients. Guests may order Chef Joho's acclaimed 7-course degustation menu or 7-course vegetarian degustation menu. They may also select choices from the three and four course pre-fixed menus, as well as choosing the three course pre-theater menu, prepared exclusively by the chef. The wine list at Everest is widely regarded as one of the finest in the world, and is inspired by the philosophy that the selection and interplay between food and wine is an integral part of the dining experience.
